All of our products come with a 12 month guarantee. If you experience any problems with any of our products please contact us on 0870 2422301.

Paying by Cheque or Postal Order
Other than paying by credit or debit card, we will except payment by cheque or postal order too.
All you need to do is complete your order as normal. Then you will be given the option to print your order and mail it to us along with your cheque or postal order.
Schools, Colleges and Government Bodies Accounts
Printcartridgedirect.com are pleased to accept ink and toner cartridge account orders from schools, colleges, councils and other government bodies. Ordering could not be easier, choose the items you require from our website and then fax, email, or telephone your account order to us, your account will automatically be opened and your order will be dispatched the same day or next day if received after 3.30 pm.
We request that orders come with an official order number or persons name responsible for the order along a telephone number and your school name or council dept together with addresses for delivery and invoicing.

Generic cartridges are specially manufactured to meet or exceed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications and high standards of quality and reliability -and offer high-quality printing results.
Manufactured 100% brand new, containing only new components, they are an economical alternative to expensive brand-name cartridges and printer supplies.
We only sell Epson compatible ink jet cartridges, Canon compatible ink cartridges, Brother compatible ink cartridges and Xerox compatible ink cartridges. All ‘compatible’ laser toner printer ink cartridges include both new and used parts unless otherwise noted.
