We will be pleased at accept any item back which you are not 100% happy with, however If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Services team on 0844 335 0250 or email email@example.com and they will issue you with a returns form and number (valid for 14 days) which must be presented with the returned product/s. Please note that all original cartridges or toners which are deemed to be faulty must be returned in their original packaging so we can return them to the appropriate manufacturer for a refund. ( does not apply to compatible and remanufactured items ). Upon receiving the faulty item a replacement will be sent by return of post.
If you receive a faulty, incorrect or damaged product please return it within 14 days of purchase you will be reimbursed for the full cost of postage. However, if you are outside of the 14 day return policy then you will be expected to pay for the cost of returning the goods ( unless there is a valid reason for the return delay ). If you receive a damaged parcel you must sign for it as ‘damaged’ when receiving it from the courier and you must report it to us within 2 working day of delivery. Otherwise it will be assumed that the damage was caused by the recipient and no replacement or refund will be given.
Your Right to Cancel
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows for a 7 day (7 working days from the day following the day in which you placed your order) cooling off period when you (the end user) have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
If you wish to exercise your right to a full refund, then you must contact our customer services department on 0844 335 0250 informing us of your intention to return the goods and ask for a returns form and number to be emailed to you. All goods must then be posted together with the returns form using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs on cancelled orders ( does not apply to faulty items )are your (end user) responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund your money within 30 days.
The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled.
We (Printcartridgedirect) do not sell mailing lists to other companies or disclose buyers’ personal information to third parties. Your information will only be used lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Data will only be used to process your order and to enable us to provide an efficient service to you in the future. The type of information we collect includes your name, address, telephone number and email address. The information will be stored securely in accordance with the law and our own security policy and will be accurate and kept up to date. You can ask to check the information at any time and any discrepancies will be corrected or deleted immediately.
We may track visitors who visit our website by using a ‘cookie’ which would be stored in your browser. The information collected in this way enables us to identify you unless you modify your browser to stop this happening.
We may use information internally to gauge advertising effectiveness but in accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) Act 2003 we will only notify you of special offers or send marketing emails to personal email addresses if you have indicated your consent on your order form.
