Firstly,Thank you for your response, it's lovely to know. Can I also tell you that I had an Epson DX4400. which I purchased when I bought myself my first Laptop a few years ago. About a month ago my Sister bought a new Epson printer and she copied an item for me. I was fascinated as the copy was perfect, whereas my machine didn't do that. I imagine it had never worked properly, but I obviously wasn't aware of that. So I found out which machine would use T711 etc,and ordered it from your company and about ten days ago swapped the printers. My copies are perfect, I am very impressed and with these cartridges at a good fair price. Please inform a member of your management team. Congratulations again."
